How to track supplies and job costs in Opervo

Supplies tracks the chemicals and materials you buy and use. Tap Add, name the supply, and enter what you paid and how much you got; Opervo works out the unit cost. Turn on Track stock to count it up when you buy and down when you use it, with a running-low warning. Log Purchase saves each restock as a Supplies expense. On a job, add the supplies you used from your catalog, and Opervo takes them out of stock and shows the job's revenue minus supplies.

Voice-over and captions, so it works with or without sound. Watch on YouTube or see the full playlist.
