Step by step
- Settings. Settings is where you set up the app, your business, and how you get paid.
- General. In General, switch dark mode, choose your Home quick actions, and pick your notifications.
- Your team. In Business, invite your team. Field Techs see only their jobs, Field Managers run the schedule, and Co-Owners get the same access as you.
- Reviews. Add your Google or Facebook review link, so review requests send clients straight there.
- Integrations. Connect Google Calendar for two-way sync, and QuickBooks to sync invoices when jobs are paid.
- Quote form and reminders. Add a quote form to your own website, and turn on email reminders before each job.
- Payments. In Payments, connect your own Square account, so money lands in your bank with no Opervo markup.
- Your plan. Your plan and billing history live here too.
- Text templates. SMS Templates hold the texts Opervo pre-fills, like On my way. Edit them to sound like you.
- Account. Account and Security is where you change your password or email, sign out, or delete your account.
- Tutorials. And Tutorials and Guides walks you through every feature, step by step.
