Opervo is a SaaS platform for home service trade operators. Job scheduling, client management, invoicing, estimates, and payment processing at app.opervo.io. Operated as a sole proprietorship in Austin, Texas.
By using Opervo you confirm you are 18+, have legal authority to agree, will use the service lawfully, and have read our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. Notify us at help@opervo.io of any unauthorized access.
Solo Plan: $24.99/month. Team Plan: $54.99/month. 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Monthly auto-renewing billing. 30 days notice for price changes. Payments via Stripe or Square. Lifetime Pass purchases are governed by Section 6 and are not monthly subscriptions.
Monthly subscriptions: 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month, requested via help@opervo.io. Lifetime Pass: 30-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase, requested via help@opervo.io. After these windows, charges are final. Pro-rated shutdown and acquisition refunds for Lifetime Pass purchases are governed by Section 6.
Lifetime Pass is a limited one-time-payment option capped at 150 total purchases (100 Solo at $999 and 50 Team at $1,999). Once purchased, the Pass grants access to the purchased tier for the lifetime of your Opervo account, subject to these Terms. Lifetime Passes are non-transferable to other persons or accounts. If Opervo is acquired by another entity, your Pass transfers to the new owner under the same terms, or at your election you may receive a refund of remaining estimated value calculated in good faith from date of purchase. If Opervo ceases operations, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund of remaining estimated value, calculated in good faith from date of purchase. Solo Lifetime holders may upgrade to Team Lifetime by paying the price difference of $1,000, but only while Team Lifetime Passes remain available. The Pass covers Opervo software access only. Third-party pass-through costs (SMS, payment processing, integrations) are not included and remain billed at provider cost. If a higher tier above Team is launched in the future, that tier is separate and is not included in your Pass.
Do not violate laws, infringe IP, transmit malware, gain unauthorized access, scrape, or misrepresent your identity.
You own all content you input. We do not sell your data. Request a data export within 30 days of account termination.
You are solely responsible for disputes between you and your clients. Comply with all payment and tax laws.
All Opervo content and the Opervo name/logo are our property. No copying or distribution without permission.
Integrates with Stripe, Google Calendar, Resend. Subject to their own terms.
Provided as-is. No warranty of uptime or error-free service.
Not liable for indirect or consequential damages. For monthly subscriptions, liability is capped at 3 months of fees paid. For Lifetime Pass purchases, liability is capped at the amount paid for the Pass.
You indemnify Opervo from claims arising from your use or violations.
Cancel anytime. We may suspend for violations or with 30 days notice. Termination of a Lifetime Pass account for a material violation of these Terms does not entitle the holder to a refund beyond the 30-day window in Section 5.
Texas law. Arbitration in Austin TX under AAA rules. Class action waiver.
14 days notice of material changes. Changes to Section 6 (Lifetime Pass) that materially reduce the rights of existing Pass holders do not apply retroactively to Passes already purchased.
By providing your phone number to a business using Opervo, you consent to receive automated SMS notifications including appointment reminders, on-my-way alerts, job completion updates, and invoice delivery. Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
