How to track mileage and expenses in Opervo
Mileage Log keeps every business drive with its miles and the tax deduction, at the IRS rate for that date. Tap Add, enter where you started and where you went, and Opervo works out the miles; turn on Round trip to double it, pick the business purpose, and save. A drive with no miles is marked Needs miles, and CSV exports the whole year. Expenses tracks fuel, supplies, equipment, and everything else: tap Add, enter the amount, pick a category, snap the receipt or attach it to a job, and filter or export the year.
Voice-over and captions, so it works with or without sound. Watch on YouTube or see the full playlist.
