How to measure a property and price it in Opervo
Open Measure and search the address. Tap Area and tap each corner to draw a surface, or use Line for edges like gutters or fences; Opervo shows the square footage and each side's length as you go. In Pricing, pick a service for each shape and its rate and minimum charge fill in, and Opervo adds up the totals and the price. Save the measurement, or tap Use in Estimate to start a quote with the lines already filled in. No satellite view? Switch to Manual Entry and type the length and width.

Step by step
- Measure. Measure surfaces from a satellite view, and price them right here.
- Find the property. Search the address, and the map jumps right to it.
- Draw an area. Tap Area, then tap each corner. Tap the first point again to close it. The square footage shows as you go.
- Draw a line. Use Line for edges like gutters or fences, then tap Done. Every side shows its length in feet.
- Price each shape. In Pricing, pick a service for each shape. Its rate fills in, and so does its minimum charge.
- Totals. Opervo adds up the total area, the total length, and the price.
- Manual entry. No satellite view? Switch to Manual Entry and type the length and width instead.
- Save it. Save the measurement to come back to it later.
- Use in Estimate. Or tap Use in Estimate to start a quote with these lines already filled in.
