How to set up your Opervo folio page

Your folio is your public business page, at opervo.io/p/ followed by your business name. Customers see your photos and services, with buttons to get a quote, call, or text you. Quote requests from it land in Opervo, where you can call or text right from the card. In Folio settings you set your business name, tagline, service areas, and phone, add badges, a brand color, photos, and your Google and Facebook review links, then tap Save Folio and Preview folio to see it the way customers do.

Voice-over and captions, so it works with or without sound. Watch on YouTube or see the full playlist.

Step by step

  1. Your folio. Your folio is your public business page. Customers see your work, your services, and a way to reach you.
  2. Your link. It lives at opervo.io, slash p, slash your business name. Preview it as a client, or share it right from here.
  3. Requests at a glance. See your total quote requests, how many are still unread, and how many came in this week.
  4. New quote requests. New requests land here. Call or text right from the card. The badge turns amber, then red, the longer one waits.
  5. How ready it is. Opervo rates your folio from Shareable to Credible to Polished, and lists exactly what to add next.
  6. Performance. See your views, quote requests, and how often visitors fill in the form, over the last 30 days.
  7. Folio basics. Your business name, tagline, service areas, and phone. Your folio link comes from your business name.
  8. Badges and branding. Show an Accepting New Clients badge and your recent jobs, then pick a brand color and a font style.
  9. Services. Your services show on your folio automatically. Tap Manage to change them.
  10. Photos. Add a hero photo and your best work. Photos save as soon as you add, remove, or reorder them.
  11. Reviews. Add your Google and Facebook ratings, review counts, and links, so customers see what others say.
  12. Save and preview. Tap Save Folio when you're done, then Preview folio to see it the way customers do.
  13. What customers see. Your photo and business name up top, with buttons to get a quote, call, or text you.
  14. Your work. Below that, your photos, so they can see the work before they reach out.
  15. Your services. Then your services, and a button to book you online if you have online booking turned on.
