How to set up service plans for recurring customers in Opervo
A service plan is work you repeat on a schedule, such as weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Build the plan once with New Plan, then open a client, tap Enroll in Service Plan, pick the plan, and set their price. Opervo creates an agreement for the client to review and sign from a link. Once they sign, the next month of visits goes on your schedule automatically, and more are added as time goes on.

Step by step
- Service plans. Plans are the work you repeat: weekly, monthly, quarterly. Your recurring revenue sits at the top.
- Build a plan once. Tap New Plan to set the service, how often it happens, and the price. Then enroll as many clients as you like.
- Enroll a client. Open the client and tap Enroll in Service Plan.
- Pick the plan. Choose which plan they're on.
- Set their price. Each client can have their own price on the same plan.
- Enroll. Tap Enroll Client. Opervo creates an agreement for them to review and sign.
- Share the link. Email it, or copy the link and text it. Once they sign, Opervo puts the next month of visits on your schedule and keeps adding more.
