How to invoice a job and get paid in Opervo

When the work is done, tap Create Invoice on the job. The client, line items, and price are already filled in, and you can add a discount or tax. Text it, email it, copy a payment link, or save it as a draft. Collect Payment takes a card on the spot, and for cash or check you tap Record Payment, pick how they paid, and confirm; the invoice and the job both change to Paid.

Step by step

  1. Invoice from the job. When the work is done, tap Create Invoice right on the job.
  2. It's already filled in. The client, line items, and price come straight from the job. Add a discount or tax if you need to.
  3. Send it your way. Text it, email it, or copy a payment link. Not ready? Save it as a draft.
  4. Collect on the spot. Collect Payment takes a card right there. The sheet watches the invoice and updates the moment it's paid.
  5. Paid in cash or check?. Tap Record Payment, pick how they paid, and confirm. The invoice and the job both flip to Paid.
  6. Paid. The invoice and the job are both marked Paid. No chasing, no spreadsheet.
