How to move a rained-out day in Opervo
Open the day on your Schedule and tap Rain day. If online booking is on, choose whether to block that day too. Then pick where the jobs go: a day you choose (everyone keeps their own time), the next open day, or let each customer pick a new time from a link. On the review screen, tap anyone who can't make it to give them their own day and time, or let just that customer pick. Confirm, and Opervo moves the jobs, emails each customer, and gives you a Text button for each one that opens your own Messages app with the note filled in. Customers who are picking show on your Schedule until they choose; if they don't, Opervo sends one reminder, then tells you to give them a call.
Voice-over and captions, so it works with or without sound. Watch on YouTube or see the full playlist.

Step by step
- Rain day. When the weather wipes out a day, Rain day moves every job on it at once.
- Block booking. If online booking is on, choose whether to block that day too, so nobody books into the rain.
- Where they go. Then choose where they go: a day you pick, the next open day, or let each customer pick.
- Review. Everyone moves to the new day at their own times. Tap anyone who can't make it.
- Their own day. Give them a different day and time with Other day.
- They pick. Or tap They pick, and that customer chooses a new time from a link.
- Confirm. Check the summary, keep customer emails on, and tap Move.
- Text them. Then text each customer from your own Messages app, with the note already filled in.
- Waiting on customers. Anyone still picking shows up here until they choose. If they don't, Opervo sends one reminder, then tells you to give them a call.
- The customer's side. Your customer opens the link and picks from your open times over the next two weeks.
- Back on your schedule. Once they confirm, the job goes back on your schedule and you get a notification.
