How to run a job on the day in Opervo
Open the job to see the client, address, time, and price on one screen. Navigate opens directions and On My Way texts the client. Tap the status card to move the job from Scheduled to En Route, On Site, and Completed; long-press it to jump ahead or undo. Add photos, notes, and a checklist as you work, and once it is complete Opervo suggests the next steps: photos, payment, supplies, and a review request.

Step by step
- Your job for the day. Everything about the visit is on one screen: the client, address, time, and price.
- Get there. Navigate opens directions in your maps app. On My Way texts the client that you're headed over.
- Update the status. Tap the status card to move the job forward: En Route, then On Site. Long-press it to jump ahead or undo.
- Photos. Tap Add Photo for before and after shots. They go on the job report and can show on your folio.
- Notes. Notes stay with the job, so the whole crew sees them. Tap the mic to talk instead of typing.
- Checklist. Add the steps for this job and check them off as you go.
- Finish the job. Mark it Completed. Opervo then lines up what's next: photos, payment, supplies, and a review request.
