How to add clients in Opervo

Open the Clients tab and tap the plus at the top. Only the name is required; add a phone number to text them, an address for directions and route planning, and a lead source to see which marketing works. To bring a whole list over from another app, tap the upload icon on Clients and import a CSV.

Step by step

  1. Your client list. Every customer lives on the Clients tab. Tap the plus at the top to add one.
  2. Name and phone. Only the name is required. Add a phone number so you can text them updates and invoices.
  3. Address. Start typing and pick the match. Opervo uses it for directions and route planning.
  4. Lead source. Track where each client came from, so you can see which marketing actually pays off.
  5. Save. Tap Save and the client is ready for jobs, estimates, and invoices.
  6. The client profile. Tap any client to see their details, jobs, and payment history in one place.
  7. Import your list. Switching from another app? Tap the upload icon on Clients to import a spreadsheet.
  8. Any CSV works. Export from Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, or Google Contacts. Starting fresh? Download the template.
