Privacy and text messages

This page explains how Oasis Power Washing handles the information you share with us and how our text messages work. We use Opervo (opervo.io) to manage quotes, appointments and invoices.
Privacy
What we collect. Your name, phone number, email, service address, and the details or photos you send us when you request a quote, book a visit, or talk with us.
How we use it. To respond to you, give you a price, schedule and do the work, send invoices and receipts, and keep in touch about the service you asked for.
Who we share it with. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, such as Opervo and the companies it uses to send messages and take payments, and only to provide the service you asked for.
Your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Text message terms
What you will receive. Texts from Oasis Power Washing about service you have asked for: appointment confirmations and reminders, on-the-way notices, quotes, invoices and receipts, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts.
How you agree. By ticking the text message box on our quote or booking form, on an estimate, invoice or booking page we send you, or on a link we send you asking whether you want texts; by replying YES when we ask by text after you text us; or by telling us directly that you agree to receive texts. Agreeing is optional and is never a condition of buying anything from us.
How often. Message frequency varies with your service, usually a few messages per job. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply START to sign up again.

Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
